These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 0x7b website, services, and digital resources (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing, purchasing, or utilizing any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Digital Delivery & Access

All 0x7b resources are delivered digitally. Upon successful purchase or activation of a membership, you will receive access credentials, download links, or direct repository invitations. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of the accounts (such as GitHub or email) used to receive and access these resources. 0x7b is not responsible for access lost due to compromised user accounts.

2. License Grant & Intellectual Property

When you purchase a script, tool, or membership from 0x7b, you are granted a limited, personal (or organizational, if explicitly purchased as such), non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.

You may: Modify the code for your own internal use or deploy it within your own proprietary products.

You may not: Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly publish the source code, raw data dumps, or core mechanics of our tools without explicit written permission from 0x7b (0x1da49). The intellectual property rights of the original unaltered software always remain with 0x7b.

3. Subscription & Membership Terms

Global Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your payment portal. Upon cancellation, your access to premium updates, new scripts, and locked repository content will be revoked at the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate, unrestricted nature of DRM-free digital goods and raw source code, all sales are final once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or synchronized.

However, code is complex. If you encounter significant technical issues that prevent a tool from functioning as described in our documentation, you must contact our support at 0x7b.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will attempt to resolve the issue. Refunds are issued strictly at the discretion of 0x7b in cases of unresolvable core defects.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Our tools (especially scrapers and automation engines) are powerful. You agree to use these tools responsibly and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. You may not use 0x7b software to execute malicious attacks, bypass critical security infrastructure unauthorized, or engage in illegal data harvesting. 0x7b reserves the right to terminate your license without refund if you are found to be using our tools for malicious or blatantly illegal operations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

0x7b does not warrant that the tools will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Web structures change, APIs deprecate, and platforms update; therefore, we cannot guarantee infinite perpetual functionality of scrapers and integration scripts.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 0x7b, its founder (0x1da49), or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services, loss of use, data, APIs, or profits, or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

8. Modifications to Terms

0x7b reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
